好久没做面包吃了。。 这是才败回来的新玩意。。 就做了这蜂蜜南瓜土司。

网笼土司模

550g 的面团
切片了。。 圆圆的。。 看了很开心哦 ! 第一次就可以满模 !

食谱来自Carol 老师的烘焙新手第二本书,第 284 页。
蜂蜜南瓜吐司(直接法)
份量:
12 两带盖吐司模 (20cm X 10cm X 10cm)
(我放了550 克面团去我这网笼吐司模。)
材料
A. 面团
南瓜泥 150克
高筋面粉 280克
速发干酵母 1/2 tsp
鸡蛋 1个(约50克)
蜂蜜 20克
盐 1/8tsp
无盐奶油 30克
牛奶 30cc
B.表面装饰
南瓜籽80克
做法:一般面包做法

Im using this bread mould to made this toast. 550g Dough to the mould
Ingredients
(A)
Steamed Pumpkin----------150g
High Protein Flour---------- 280g
Instant Yeast--------------- 1/2 tsp
Egg----------------------- 1 ( around 50g)
Honey-------------------- 20g
Salt----------------------- 1/8 tsp
Unsalted Butter----------- 30g
Milk---------------------- 30cc
Topping
Sunflower Seed------------80g

As a normal bread, I'm using Bread maker

DeleteThat is one lovely bread, Yiisan! I have never seen that kind of mould before. And Carol's recipes are all in Chinese, I wished that her books are bi-lingual with English, but sadly, none of them are. Your bread looks soft with nice texture! Lovely bake!
